The Army B side continued its impressive streak of dominant wins last Saturday at the Anderson Rugby Complex. Following a close match between the top sides, the B side left little doubt. Plebe Center Alex Savusa spearheaded the Army scoring attack in the sixth minute, scoring the try on the first phase after an Army lineout. Savusa would lead the charge again, breaking the line and offloading to Patrick Collins in space for his first of two tries. Cow Lock Chris Hardee would score before the half as well, after several phases inside the Dartmouth 5m line. The score at halftime read 17-0 in favor of Army.
The second half was stolen by Army 8-man Peter Belden. Belden scored first off a lineout to maul which gained momentum and was driven in for a try. He would again find the try line, finishing off a goal line stand and assisted by a tight pass from Hardee in the corner. Patrick Collins scored his second and final try of the day in the closing minutes of the match. He was again found in space and made his way into the try zone. The Colts finished their shutout victory in convincing fashion, 36-0.
